Being Positive, Negative, Or Realistic

We are  afraid of sadness and moments of sorrow, despair, loneliness and tend  to do anything in order to avoid such moments in our lives, or at least to postpone  them .The thing is hear all the time and everywhere about positive-thinking,  positive attitude to such a great extent that we are in danger of  forgetting that  complete person means to know how to manage your  issues and most  difficult problems.


If we are true to ourselves, we have to admit that all emotions and states of  mind can have the power to teach  new things , they  make  stronger  and self-confident, if we go through such difficult times  hope for the future. The negative emotions, feelings and thoughts that may naturally occur. we have  to face difficult times in our lives, may  never truly appreciate sheer and  genuine happiness.If  you've probably realized that have a tendency of negative  thinking.  may have realized it on your own, and perhaps your friends and family members   repeatedly told you, "Stop being  negative!".

Those  long version of the gene tended to have a brighter outlook and to dwell on the positive side. While those with a shorter version of the same gene did just the opposite. Human relationships many things to teach . When feel  rejected,   may  think  life is unfair, uncertain and unpleasant.
 Admit also that feelings of joy, exaltation, enthusiasm and so on, can only gain their value by contrast  their opposite - disappointment, suffering or sadness.When people going  dramatic changes,  losing jobs and someone dear,   a salary cut, or other  bad things, their  anxiety goes up.
